We are looking for a talented and proactive Business Operations Manager to support the scale and operational efficiency of our GTM teams, including Revenue and Business Development. This role is critical in streamlining operations, building scalable processes, and driving strategic cross-functional initiatives. From optimizing pipeline performance to leading complex projects, you’ll be at the heart of Darrow’s commercial engine. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field from a leading institution. 
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy or similar roles, preferably in both tech and management consulting.
  • Proven experience in scaling complex and cross-functional operations, particularly in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Experience working with or supporting GTM or revenue-facing teams.
  • Track record of leading complex projects and implementing scalable operational solutions.
  • Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Hubspot); able to turn data into decisions.
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator — you know how to bring people along.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and has a bias toward action.
  • Creative problem solver with a systems mindset and strong business intuition.


  • Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay (base salary) for this role is $100,000 - $130,000.

Advantages:

  • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
  • Experience in LegalTech companies.
  • Knowledge in BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) or SQL.
Responsibilities  
  • Act as the key operations partner to GTM teams (Revenue & BizDev), identifying pain points and implementing systems that enhance performance and scale.
  • Lead high-impact, strategic cross-functional initiatives, from scoping through execution, ensuring alignment and follow-through.
  • Diagnose inefficiencies, design process improvements, and implement tools or automations to boost output and clarity across GTM workflows.
  • Deliver actionable insights and operational reporting to improve team performance and inform strategic planning.
  • Ensure clear, timely communication and alignment across departments; build trust and facilitate decision-making across leadership and GTM teams.
  • Support day-to-day office logistics and create a productive, high-functioning physical work environment for the U.S. team.
