Built for Justice: Our New TLV Office

Darrow is a company built on the little details.
And while designing our new Tel Aviv office, we made sure to build a space that tells our story with the same intentionality that drives our mission: to pursue frictionless justice.
This new space reflects who we are, where we’ve been, and where we’re going. It’s currently designed to seat nearly 200 team members on the 51st floor and features a variety of thoughtfully crafted conference rooms, quiet corners, and collaborative nooks that express our core values and underlying purpose.
Guiding us throughout the process were three words that shaped the design: authenticity, justice, and heritage.
Whilst we had a tight blueprint, some of the most powerful elements emerged through something harder to design: serendipity.
Authenticity: Every Detail Tells a Story
What is the color of innovation? Which light fixture will convey the illumination of justice?
While designing this space, we drew inspiration from the idea of justice in its simplest, most authentic, and universal form. Something bare, honest, and deeply human. We also loved the biblical notion of the Mishkan - a dwelling place that holds meaning. That inspired the sense of calm, openness, and intention you feel when you walk in.

Our desire for authenticity informed our decision to use real materials and work with local independent craftsmen. Every element, from the custom made pottery to the hydroponic greenery, was created by the hands of people who became our friends throughout the process.
One thing I truly love about the office is that some of the best corners were unplanned. My favorite one is the olive tree that greets visitors at the entrance by the campfire. Its living branches cast a shifting shadow across the hand-tiled Darrow sign beside it. Perfectly aligned. Entirely serendipitous. Quintessentially Darrow.
Justice: Illuminated, Grounded, Alive
At the entrance of our office you will find the “campfire:" two round sofas that call for a comfortable huddle. Above these corners are beautiful, handmade wooden light pieces that glow and stretch across the entire office, encircling every desk and every room. Inspired by the image of a burning torch, they represent the quiet but constant flame of justice that guides our work. A daily visual reminder that what we do matters, and that it all starts around the campfire, where conversations happen and ideas spark.

And then there’s the Carmel Forest room, a hidden gem in the northeast corner of the floor. Wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers the best sunset view in the office, overlooking the ocean with a stillness that invites you to pause. It’s a no-laptop zone, intentionally designed for recharging, well-being, and connection. Show up early enough, and you might find some Darrowers doing their morning yoga flow.

Heritage: The Past in Every Stone, The Future in Every Step
Darrow is proud to be an Israeli company, and our space reflects that pride.
While most Darrows are not religiously observant, we wanted our space to convey our shared culture, history, and heritage. Throughout the office, you will find several biblical quotes etched in stone, reminding us that we are writing the future chapters of a story intended to carry on for years to come; a story of the pursuit of justice. My favourite one is near my desk: “Truth springs up from the earth; justice looks down from heaven,” (Psalms 85:12).
In addition to biblical quotes, our 360 degree office contains rooms named after physical locations throughout Israel that are positioned according to the cardinal directions: East, North, West and South. Each room features a stunning photograph of the location it represents. You can find yourself in Mitzpe Ramon in a morning meeting, and later, on Mount Hermon. The artist, Kfir Veler, is an incredible landscape photographer who brought color and heritage into our space.

Whilst all the meeting rooms are natural reserves, two stand out - our big conference room is Rothschild 16, named after the street in Tel Aviv where Israel's independence was declared in 1948. And our kitchen is Jerusalem, the heart of the office, and is built from Jerusalem stone with a design that’s intentionally reminiscent of the Old City. It’s full of colors and flavours that even includes a hydroponic garden of fresh spices. It also includes a Western Wall made of cork, inviting people to tack up prayers, requests, and blessings, similar to the way people place notes in the cracks of the real Western Wall.
Built with Purpose. Ready for What’s Next
Our new office is more than a milestone. When you work in a space like this, people expect more of you. We’re in the center of Tel Aviv, in one of the tallest buildings in the city. With great power, and a great office, comes great responsibility.
Looking Ahead: Expanding our New York HQ
Our team in New York is also growing exponentially and their new office is already underway, designed with the same values and intentionality, but rooted in the local character of the city that never sleeps. Justice, storytelling, and serendipity will live there too, in a way that’s entirely its own.
This larger, thoughtfully-designed space will be our epicenter for hosting partners, attorneys, and collaborators. It’s where we’ll welcome the legal community into our world, offering a refined, professional environment to exchange ideas and explore new opportunities for impact. Whether for strategic discussions, case collaborations, or industry events, our renovated New York HQ will also reflect who we are: a modern legal intelligence company, grounded in purpose and built for the future.
And we can’t wait to build what comes next.
